Mr. Sowers is our Chairman and joined Troop 40 in 2002. Mr. Sowers served as the Advancement Chairman of Troop 40 from 2013-2022, and now serves as the Committee Chairman since 2018 and the Eagle Shepherd since 2023. Mr. Sowers is an Eagle Scout of Troop 40. He also served as the previous Eagle Scout Chairman of Skyline District from 2016-2017.
